NAVO FreightOS ("NAVO," "we," "our," or "us") provides software and payment-enabled logistics services for freight brokers, carriers, shippers, dispatch providers, and transportation organizations.

Bank Account Information Through Financial Connections

When you choose to connect a bank account through Stripe Financial Connections or a similar service, NAVO may receive information from financial institutions including:

  • Account identifiers
  • Routing information
  • Business banking information

The specific information shared depends on permissions granted by the user and the capabilities of the connected financial institution.

NAVO does not receive online banking usernames or passwords. Bank credentials are collected directly by Stripe and participating financial institutions.

Payment and Settlement Information

Google Account Sign-In Information

NAVO may allow users to sign in using their Google Account through Google OAuth authentication services.

When a user chooses to sign in with Google, NAVO may receive certain information from Google, including:

The specific information shared depends on the permissions granted by the user through Google's authorization process.

NAVO uses this information solely for:

NAVO does not access, read, collect, or store Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar data, contacts, or other Google Workspace content unless separately authorized by the user through additional Google permissions.

Google account information obtained through OAuth authentication is not sold to third parties and is not used for advertising purposes.

NAVO's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

NAVO does not operate as a bank. NAVO is not a deposit-taking institution. Funds may be processed by regulated financial institutions and payment processors.

NAVO uses Stripe and related financial service providers to facilitate payments and financial account connectivity. When you use payment features, your information may be shared with:

NAVO does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with:

Users within the same organization account.

To facilitate financial transactions and payouts.

To verify accounts and process transactions.

Including providers supporting hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics, communications, and customer support.

Legal and Regulatory Authorities

When required by applicable law, court orders, regulatory inquiries, government requests, or fraud investigations.

Google account information obtained through OAuth authentication is not sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes.

6. Fraud Prevention and Risk Monitoring

NAVO may use automated systems and third-party services to:

  • Detect suspicious activity
  • Verify identities
  • Prevent fraud
  • Monitor transaction risk
  • Investigate payment disputes
  • Comply with anti-money laundering obligations

Information may be reviewed automatically or manually.

7. Data Retention

NAVO retains information as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, process payments, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Certain financial records may be retained for longer periods as required by applicable laws and regulations.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. User Rights

Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict processing of, or object to certain processing of their information.

10. Google User Data Retention and Deletion

Users may disconnect their Google Account from NAVO at any time through their account settings or by revoking NAVO's access through their Google Account security settings.

Google account information obtained through Google OAuth is retained only as long as necessary to maintain the user's NAVO account, provide requested services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Users may request deletion of their NAVO account and associated Google account information by contacting support@navo.one.

Upon verification of the request, NAVO will delete or anonymize applicable information within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes.

11. International Data Transfers

Information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where NAVO or its service providers operate. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfers.

12. Children's Privacy

NAVO is intended solely for business users and individuals at least 18 years of age. NAVO does not knowingly collect information from children.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

NAVO may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by other appropriate means.

Continued use of the Platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
